About Us

When working with any consultancy it is important to be able to build a strong relationship with the consultants if the project is going to be delivered as efficiently and effectively as possible.  So here is a little bit about us:

 

Established in February 2007, DSG Consultancy Services has worked with a number of public and private sector clients including DiTrg (Army), AWE plc, Police National CBRN Centre, Agile Ideas, Babcock, MoD Defence, Equipment & Support, & MoD Medical &General Supplies.

 

We have experienced Human Resource and Learning and Development specialists who understand the importance of integrating the Learning & Development elements within wider transformation programmes, to ensure the change is embedded through the acquisition of the right skills and behaviours. Our consultants are also experienced in MoD specific training methodologies and have effectively supported a number of equipment procurement programmes.

As capability development specialists our focus is upon developing employees to meet current and future business needs. Capability development is often delivered as part of a wider programme of transformational change.  Such programmes may have been driven by organisational changes including new/modified IT Systems, organisational processes, organisational structures or changes to broader business objectives.  Consideration of the knowledege, skills, attitudes and behaviours is vital in order to deliver and sustain the change.
